This past January, I had the opportunity to visit India with Jason Jaynes and Alison Manzer. The purpose of our trip was two fold - learn more about India and the Indian culture by exploring major destinations in India and meet with the Little Angels team and children we support in Pedda Kottala. The trip was amazing and opened my eyes to the beauty of the Indian people and culture!
With your continued generosity, the children supported by the Little Angels gain access to an education that will allow them not only to survive but to thrive. The Little Angels Service Team knows that providing a quality education for our sponsored children depends a great deal on the ability of the local schools to hire and retain quality teachers. With that end, Little Angels is launching a new initiative: Teachers for Teachers. [Click title to read more]
Thanks to all of your donations, 2017 was packed with plenty of work on the financial and accounting front! When we founded Little Angels, we had two absolute financial requirements - maintain 100% transparency around all finances and ensure 100% of all money donated goes directly to the source. We officially launched Little Angels in June of 2017 with a singular mission, to support the education of the economically poor and marginalized children in India, especially girls and help them become contributing members of the Indian economy and to build a future of value based families. Our goal in year one was to fund 46 children by the end of 2018. With your generous help and God’s guidance, we achieved this goal by the end of 2017, one full year in advance!
